利用規約
1. 適用
本規約は、Nikki（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. アカウント
- 本アプリの利用には、メールアドレスでのアカウント登録が必要です
- 登録情報は正確かつ最新のものを保ってください
- アカウントの管理責任はユーザー本人にあります
- 第三者に譲渡・貸与・共有することはできません
3. 禁止事項
- 法令、公序良俗に反する行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリのサービス運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング等の技術的な妨害
- 違法・有害な情報を投稿する行為
4. コンテンツの権利
- ユーザーが投稿した内容（本文・写真等）の著作権はユーザーに帰属します
- 本アプリは、サービス提供に必要な範囲で投稿コンテンツを利用できるものとします
- ユーザーが Notion 等の外部サービスと連携した場合、それぞれのサービス規約も適用されます
5. 有料機能
- 本アプリには無料機能と有料機能があります
- 有料機能の内容・料金・特典は予告なく変更される場合があります
- 課金は App Store / Google Play の決済システムを通じて行われます
- サブスクリプションの解約、返金は各ストアの規約に従います
6. サービスの変更・停止
運営の都合により、本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を停止することがあります。これによりユーザーに損害が生じても、運営は責任を負いません。
7. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます
- データの消失・損害について、運営は故意または重大な過失がない限り責任を負いません
- 第三者サービス（Notion、Clerk 等）の不具合・停止について責任を負いません
8. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを利用される場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約の解釈・適用は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
1. Application
These Terms govern use of Nikki (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Use of the App requires an email-based account.
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for managing your account.
- You may not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts violating laws or public order
- Acts infringing the rights of other users or third parties
- Interference with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or similar technical interference
- Posting illegal or harmful content
4. Content Rights
- Copyright in content you post (text, photos, etc.) remains yours.
- The App may use your content as needed to provide the service.
- If you connect external services (e.g., Notion), their terms also apply.
5. Paid Features
- The App offers both free and paid features.
- The contents, pricing, and perks of paid features may change without notice.
- Billing is processed through the App Store / Google Play payment systems.
- Subscription cancellation and refunds follow each store's terms.
6. Service Changes / Discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the App at our discretion. We are not liable for damages arising from such changes.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is."
- We are not liable for data loss or damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- We are not liable for outages or issues with third-party services (Notion, Clerk, etc.).
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without notice. For material changes, we will notify users in-app. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
