1. はじめに
本プライバシーポリシーは、Nikki（以下「本アプリ」）が、ユーザーの個人情報をどのように取得・利用・保護するかについて定めたものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
2. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザー名（認証サービス Clerk を経由）
- 投稿内容：本文、写真、タグ、場所情報（緯度経度を含む）
- 利用情報：投稿日時、アプリ操作ログ
- 端末情報：タイムゾーン、言語設定
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリの機能提供（投稿・閲覧・検索・編集等）
- ユーザーが指定した外部サービス（Notion 等）との連携
- サービスの改善・不具合対応
- お問い合わせへの対応
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下のカテゴリの外部サービスを利用しています：
- 認証サービス（メールアドレス・ユーザー識別子の処理）
- クラウドデータベース（投稿データの保管）
- クラウドストレージ（写真の保管）
- 地図検索サービス（場所機能を利用したときのみ）
- Notion（ユーザーが連携を有効化した場合のみ。Notion 連携時は Notion 社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます）

5. 第三者への提供
ユーザーの同意がある場合、または法令で求められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
6. データの保管期間
投稿データはユーザーが削除するまで、または退会するまで保管します。退会時にはサーバー上のすべての投稿・写真・関連データが完全に削除されます。
7. データの削除
ユーザーは、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、すべての投稿・写真・タグ・場所情報・アカウント情報が完全に削除されます。
8. 位置情報の取扱い
場所機能を利用する際、端末の位置情報を取得しますが、これは現在地周辺の検索結果を表示するためのみに使用し、ユーザーが選択した場所以外は保存しません。
9. 子どもの利用
本アプリは13歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または公式サイトでお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how Nikki (the "App") collects, uses, and protects user information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

- Account info: email address, username (via Clerk authentication)
- Post content: text, photos, tags, location (latitude/longitude)
- Usage info: post timestamps, in-app activity logs
- Device info: timezone, language preference
3. Use of Information
- To provide app features (posting, browsing, search, editing)
- To sync with external services (e.g., Notion) at the user's request
- To improve the service and address bugs
- To respond to inquiries
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses external services in the following categories:
- Authentication service (handles email address and user identifiers)
- Cloud database (stores post data)
- Cloud storage (stores photos)
- Map / location search service (only when the place feature is used)
- Notion (only if the user enables the integration; Notion's own privacy policy also applies)

5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties except with user consent or when required by law.
6. Data Retention
Post data is retained until the user deletes it or closes their account. Upon account deletion, all posts, photos, and related data on our servers are permanently deleted.
7. Data Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time from the App's settings screen. Deletion permanently removes all posts, photos, tags, location data, and account information.
8. Location Data
When using the place feature, we access the device's location only to show nearby search results. We do not store any location other than what the user explicitly selects.
9. Children
The App is not intended for use by children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without notice. For material changes, we will notify users in-app or on this site.
